Avoid, incompetent.
Missed damage caused by tenants in Check Out report.
Tenant was awarded by deposit scheme most of deposit due to their incompetence.
I've paid for a surveyor to document damage and I'm still awaiting my small part of the deposit.
Also took several weeks to discover potential new tenant did not pass affordability checks, my property empty losing money.
Will be reporting to Property Ombudsman.
