The owner of the shop is very rude and arrogant. After when I decided to give back the damaged item, he refused to give me a money back. During the phone call he dropped the call with anger. It was very unpleasant experience, especially that I have been dedicated customers from many years. However the rest of the workers are very nice and helpful. I feel sorry for them that they have to work for such a obnoxious, greedy employer.
