The delivery arrived first thing unannounced despite my being told I would receive an email. My order consisted of 3 parcelsl 2 small and 1 large. The small parcels were located quickly but the large parcel was at the back of load so the van had to be half emptied before it was found. The driver apologised and said he didn't load the vehicle. There was no problem with the contents of any parcel. As a small trader I have normally called and collected my order and find this much better than having goods delivered. I do hope you are able to open your trade counter when the lockdown ends. I find the amount of waste packaging unacceptable. Regards Andrew .
