Great value, great range, great phone support. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that my order was split into two deliveries either side of a weekend with no explanation, causing me to waste 2 hours chasing down the courier only to find it wasn't the courier at fault. When I spoke with customer services they were very polite, explaining that this happens quite frequently, and that I should always call them first, before the couriers - which is all very well, but as a first time buyer I didn't know that. Maybe explain *really clearly* prior to purchasing that it's quite common for orders to be split into two deliveries (there's some explanation that it might happen if you order in the afternoon, but I ordered early in the morning explicitly to avoid that happening, and it happened anyway)
