I like your website - it is clear and easy to navigate. With the exception of glass, you have a good range pf products on offer. Even during lockdown, delivery of orders has been excellent. Whenever I have had contact with the sales office your staff have been both friendly and helpful. However, last Thursday night I sent in an order and the following morning I realised I had forgotten to order some mouldings. I phoned the sales office and was told it was too late to include the additional items. The order was not due for delivery until this week so it is difficult to believe that It had already been dispatched on Friday morning. I appreciate that you don't want all your customers trying to bend the rules, but a little bit more flexibility would have been appreciated on this occasion.
