I always find talking to the sales team a pleasure, helpful and how I strive to treat my customers. I miss not being able to collect from the counter. Particularly if I require a single length of moulding to satisfy a customer order. Even dealing with 'confused Alan' was part of the experience! Your mouldings and sundries catalogues were always brilliant. I miss these too, but understand the frustration of producing this literature only to find manufactures have withdrawn many of the stock items. The free chevrons are a total must. I have over three hundred on eleven display boards. Which I took to the Ludlow Saturday Market until I had to give it up due to Covid. These will be on display as soon as my new studio is completed.
