Good service let down by poor delivery service and having to wait in the house for the delivery over nearly 3 days. Already provided feedback about specific details of the experience but simply no information was received about despatch or delivery tracking. Indeed I found that there was no way of tracking without speaking directly to Sales staff. Recommended that an order tracking feature be provided within the Customer's Account area of the website alongside Orders and Invoices.
