Hi you have been very prompt in dealing with my deliveries. Unfortunately the rugby display case I ordered has been damaged in the delivery process 3 times. Apart from the obvious mishandling of the object which on the surface seems well packed ( plenty of bubble wrap and double boxed) However the fitting of the clear acrylic case over the black base is a loose fit so I think the packaging would benefit from that gap being padded with foam of some sort and further corner protection around the base of the display case which is where damage has occurred in all 3 deliveries.
