Whilst I have been very pleased with the overall service offer by Lion, there are a couple of areas which take the shine off the experience, which I have mentioned previously, these being. On a recent order, I had a small tube or box of Smarties included either by accident or design that had been clamped between two pieces of foam board and thus damaged them by leaving an impression on the board. I would rather not have them included if this was the intention, also the pack was split so I had Smarties all over the floor when I opened the packing. Secondly, in an order of 8 off frames worth of spacer bars, 1 of them was visibly damaged in a viewable area, but to be fair to you this was replaced FOC immediately, but you need to be aware of such matters from a QC perspective
