Superb customer service.
I ordered some stock and a tool for a job.
Sadly the order didn’t arrive in the allotted time frame.
So after I sent a polite email enquiring a delivery update I was told the item had been delivered when in fact It hadn’t or someone stole it if my doorstep or whatever…
A new order was sent out straight away, on the date of the email, and it was received the very next day.
All thanks to Julia, who dealt with the problem swiftly and professionally.
