You would have 5 stars if you'd used Parcelforce instead of DPD. I think my first review failed, so this may be a repeat.
There was no option from DPD to choose a safe place to leave the parcel and no clue as to when it would arrive. I missed the delivery on day 1 and had to wait in next day. Their text messages just didn't arrive until the day after I got the parcel, and then they all came at once.
