On the whole very pleased with the service received from Lion, however recently I seem to have received quite a few damaged mouldings, even ones ordered via the chop service.
I would expect better quality control regarding these items, as obviously this incurs a cost to Lion themselves for replacing.
Having said that the customer service department has always responded quickly and efficiently!
