As a small business but looking to grow, Lion have been excellent where other stockists expect orders in quantities that it would virtually bankrupt me doing the low volume framing that we need to do while starting out and building up. Customer service is excellent where staff are responsive and efficient to resolve any problems, delivery is also quick which means I can turn around my orders for clients quickly! Ordering samples from Lion is virtually painless compared to dealing with other stockists. Chevrons come quickly, are well presented and are easy to order. In the meantime, I'm still waiting on a delivery of samples from a competitor more than two weeks after Lion have had theirs delivered. The staff at Lion have been excellent, making my job easier and more enjoyable!
