I found this company while searching for Depron which I use for building remote controlled model aircraft. After speaking to their friendly and very helpful staff I placed my first order. On arrival the box contents were damaged and after sending photos of the damage they very quickly apologised and sent me a mutually acceptable refund. Normally they would replace the items but as I had bought some clearance stock I agreed to a refund as 80 % of the boards were still useable. For my first encounter with them I cannot recommend the company highly enough for their customer service and friendly attitude.
