Always been very happy with the service, my only very slight issue is sometimes the quality of the Ash wood I always use now and then the batches have saw marks on and I am unable to use those lengths, I never really complain as the rest of your services is excellent but maybe the white/black ash woods could be checked beter before you send them out.
