I'm finding an increasing number of issues on warehouse picking errors, either wrong item or an obviously sub standard moulding being picked. Seems like there is not enough training given to warehouse staff. Problems are always corrected very quickly by the sales counter team but its normally inconvenient and must be at a cost to Lion which I think would be better spent to enhance the quality of the service.
Sorry, this one is a bit picky....it's a pain to unwrap mouldings which are bubble wrapped and then taped over with clear parcel tape, life would be much easier if standard brown parcel tape was used, at least you can then see where you need to cut.
One small issue on website orders for local van delivery, singe sheet options are not allowed on many items, e.g. foam lite and they have to be added to the order by way of a note in the comments section or by phone. This used to be the case with styrene sheets as well but this has been sorted.
Otherwise generally excellent service and a pleasure to do business with Lion
