I have only just started using Lion on a regular basis, and the customer service I have received from all is second to none.
There is always a helpful person there to help you with your needs.
I must give a massive thank you to Shane for all of his help with my needs. Nothing seems to much trouble and it is like a breath of fresh air talking to him. He understands and sorts out any problems a I might have.
I will certainly be using Lion more.
