My response is mixed, but it's been helped vastly by one visit from Steven (Stephen?) who I think is an outstanding salesman because he has the framing experience and has both feet firmly on the ground. We were very impressed with him and we hope he stays as our rep for a long time. Bad bits for me: the finishes on your open grain mouldings can be a bit rough, but I am also aware that you have contract framers as customers so you need mouldings that appeal because of price as well as those that appeal because of quality. It means I have to be quite careful about what I stock. I had an issue with online ordering that I had asked two people previously to sort out. The issue didn't get addressed, nine months had passed and I was getting very jaded with Lion. Steven sorted it immediately and has won us back as customers. That said, you have some truly terrific mouldings, your dispatch is pretty much faultless. Your courier choice is good, drivers are courteous and things rarely arrive damaged. Your catalogue is excellent. Oddly, I read it for pleasure! The Designer range is amazing - top class - I'm trying to find a way to justify the outlay on some of those mouldings ;-) Thanks for listening.
