The process of ordering a new Underpinner was made easy, and even enjoyable!, thanks to Shane. His attention to detail, positivity, can-do attitude and clarity in communication gave me confidence in the purchase. I really felt that he 'bent over backwards' to answer my queries and process the sale. This experience is consistent with my prior interactions with Shane whereby he is always helpful and reliable.
