The staff on the counter are great - but recently I desperately need some framing tape and D rings. When I phoned up to order I was told a minimum of £30.00 for postal delivery and absolute refusal just to pop these items in the post!!
Whilst I appreciate administrative rules have to apply, I was not happy at having to drive all the way up from South Wales just to pick these items up during a very busy time for me.
