As an artist I have often used the Lion chop service for frames for my own paintings. I like the wide choice of mouldings, and the fast delivery service. On the last occaision I had problems ordering on-line so I needed to phone the order through instead. The guy who took the order was very helpul. On the negative side, postage and packing often seems quite expensive when placing orders that don't qualify for free postage. I am also disappointed that the "routing and peg" service is no longer available. For amateur framers like myself it made frame assembly so much easier.....I've had a few disasters trying to assemble frames without. For the two reasons given above, I'm not sure I will continue to use Lion in the future, which is a shame as the products and the service have always been very good.
