I usually phone my orders through and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The goods arrive very quickly and are always well packaged. The moulding is of good quality and should there ever be a wonky length (which rarely) they are very quick to resolve the problem. I fully recommend both the products and the professional manner of this company. The website is very easy to use and to see what stock levels are like. They also do some slightly unusual mouldings and so are really useful for doing the more elaborate or quirky pieces that require just that something a little bit more special!
