Hi we ordered a couple of frames on your chop service, the telephone service is excellent
And your customer service people are very knowledgable, unfortunately we received our order a day later than expected but was damaged on arrival with the fittings gone missing in transit, I did not take in the delivery in person but I believe courier was very accepting of the damage and took a pic and would report, upon calling again receiving excellent customer service to replace missing fittings, these things happen but dealt with in exemplirary fashion. Thanks
