The people who answer the phone are always friendly,unlike another framing supplier I also use.Im not a pro framer,i only frame my own art so sometimes I have to ask a few questions and your staff are always helpful.Its a shame you don't stock larger sheets of glass( that's why I use another supplier) and it's a shame your Hayes branch closed. But overall I'm happy,the supplies come well wrapped,the order is always correct and in the past you have included a pack of Smarties(nice touch,more chocolate please if you can) The catalogue is great...and I appreciate each new one being sent to me (it's a costly exercise to post all those catalogues...so thanks)
