I completed my on line order but requested they held it back as I was returning two sets of Morso blades for a full service and would like all returned together. That was not a problem and fulfilled. Once the blades were received, they telephoned to advise that one set only needed sharpening which saved me money. I then added to the order which again was not an issue for them. An e mail advising my complete order was on way by courier. A quick, helpful, painless service. Highly recommended.
