I needed additional Stas suspenders and hooks and spoke with two members of your team who were very helpful and efficient in processing my order, which was delivered a day later. My experience of your company recently and when making my original order has been excellent; staff are knowledgeable and willing to spend time dealing with questions and queries from a novice like myself. They were also willing to send out samples of hooks to help me make my decision. Pictures are now on walls and the Stas system is very good; and as my friend noted "very elegant".
