My request for mount board for calligraphy is probably not common but you politely and patiently answered all my questions so therefore I ordered from you.
Delivery was fast and cheap but sadly some board was damaged in transit and after speaking to Tracey she assured me that the damaged goods would be credited back to me.
Although I didn't receive all my goods in one piece your team from pre order to aftersales were brilliant, thank you and I look forward to future business with your company
