I had a small problem when trying to order some sample mouldings on line. This was rectified immediately when I spoke to Tracey from the Sales dept on the telephone. Tracy was very helpful in setting up a customer reference number for me, and explained the service that I can expect from Lion. The samples arrived a few days later.
As a result of this telephone call, I will be placing an order for items within the next 7 days of the date of this review.
