1. Good customer service
2. Good range of products
3. Generally good choice of mouldings.
Not happy:
1. Increasingly reliant on using finger-jointed pine - hate it
2. Poor quality control on delivered mouldings - almost every order has at least one length with some damage or faults that would have been evident prior to packing.
