I think the product range, price and sales service is great. Recently your accounts contacted me to say my account overdue. This was correct and due to a busy December I appologised and said I would send payment at the weekend when the accounts were being brought up to date. Our account was suspended for those 2 or 3 days which for a customer of close to thirty years was really annoying.
