My deliveries are prompt and the staff are always very helpful. I'm generally a satisfied customer. I would add that, as I get my mouldings through the post and not van delivery, that I think the mouldings are wrapped too tightly. In many cases I can cut around the damaged wood, but some mouldings bruise easily, so they have dents where the strapping is. It could the strapping or be the way they're handled once they leave the warehouse as they're picked up by the ties? I can't say, but I often order extra material to manage that waste. Not ideal for large frames.
