Good speedy turnaround from telephone order to delivery.The order is also always well packaged.The catalogue is well presented and easier to understand than other framing supply catalogues(apart from the mountcard section). The natural wood mouldings I order very rarely contain knots .The occasional pack of Smarties is a nice touch! The only real criticism is you stopped supplying Liberon pallet dye....I guess it wasn't popular.And you don't supply large sheets of glass ,which means another framing company gets my money on that,I would rather order from just one company and get everything I need. I'm not a professional framer,I frame my own artwork and am self taught,so more tips in the catalogue on such things as floating a print( using double sided acid free tape or acid free glue)more on conservation framing,staining and waxing wood etc is always helpful. All in all ,good!
