The customer service team at Lion have been very helpful in trying to sort out a failed delivery, instigating a replacement. Conversely, the service from Tuffnels is appalling - waited in for three days for a delivery which did not arrive. Urgent production orders delayed by 3 days and customers let down. There is no excuse for Tuffnels not calling back and explaining their problem.
