I telephoned to tell LION that I has accidentally been sent the wrong product. I wanted to ask for a replacement product for the item I had originally ordered. LION offered to sent me the product I had originally ordered and said I could keep the product I had accidentally received, although I offered to return it.
The customer sales rep. was very kind and went out of her way to help me.
