Mostly order online - easy to do so and speedy e-mail responses advising of status of order and thereafter delivery / tracking details. Very quick delivery of orders and never have any problem with quality of goods. Only had one minor problem with damaged moulding (chop service) but that was a long time ago and it was promptly and efficiently dealt with. Good customer service when 'phoning with questions about products or samples. A very good company to deal with.
