Recently I couldn't gain access to my Web account, no matter how many times I tried to reset my password.
At the same time I was ringing for an order and the sales team were busy, Arlon answered p, from accounts I believe. So whilst placing my order, I entire day about my last invoice which I hadn't received and told him of my difficulties accessing my account.
The same day I had my missing invoice and within 24 hours, Arlon had sorted my account access issues, well done to him, satisfied customer.
