Having initially been happy with the cost and range of Lion mouldings and products, I have had a consistent period of poor quality mouldings sent to me. When contacting to resolve these issues, the process has been extremely lengthy (requiring extensive photos and explanations). Adding to this, numerous mistakes have been made by accounting when issueing credit notes and refunds. Unfortunately the attitude when calling to resolve these problems has been one of apathy from staff and no sense that they would resolve the issues promptly and efficiently; indeed some problems were never resolved and required further calls. I have also been sent the wrong moulding on 3 occasions in recent times. Having taken the matter to Director level, the attitude was that my experience is 'not typical of our service' and as such was not considered worth looking into, despite clear repetitive issues occuring that could be improved, such as constant issues with accounting procedures (misleading credit notes automatically produced and sent out by your system etc...). The result of all this is that I now consider Lion mouldings to be a false economy and too time consuming on my part to resolve the constant issues. Although the quality of the mouldings sent has generally improved in recent times, I have decided to change my main supplier of mouldings as I cannot justify the time that has been wasted having to resolve issues and worrying about the quality of what will be sent to me every time I make an order.
