I only have contact with the staff at Lion when I phone-in an order or collect my order and, with only one exception, I can't praise them enough. They are always friendly and helpful. I am a professional artist and do my own framing as well as for some fellow artists, so I don't order large quantities of materials. I have been purchasing from Lion since 2005 and will continue to do so although management decisions over the last few years are making it more difficult for me. Closing on Saturdays, stopping customers selecting their own moulding ( I had to return some last week) and now cancelling the free local delivery option. I don't have a vehicle to collect large glass so I now have to use one of your competitors.
