20 Yrs ago `Phoneaframe` ( Hall 19 ) started up and I attended some training courses at `Lions` which were very helpful and educational. Shortly after we opened a part of the Underpinner snapped! I phoned Lee Tandy and he despatched a replacement the same day, that`s what I call service. Because we are a very small company ( 2 of us ) a £50 minimum order is not easy to raise, however now that you have included `Bits & Bobs` to make up the order is a move in the right direction ( we have already used this ).
