I used the Lion pre order online and collect in person service for the first time with my last order and found it really easy and hassle free to place my order, and when I arrived to collect, my order was there waiting ready for me to pick up. There was no queueing or waiting around for my order to be sorted, and I was on my way in minutes. Brilliant, I will definately pre order again next time!
