Just received my latest order. Arrived promptly as usual. An item of tape was very dirty, but when I spoke to accounts it was refunded without any fuss. They had not seen the photo I sent to show damage but trusted me and credited me straight away. Such a good service even when things go slightly wrong. Thank you for all your help.
