Both telephone staff and staff at Lion Birmingham are always very polite and helpful. If there is a problem with any of the mouldings, they are always happy to refund or replace. Samples are sent out promptly and customer service is very good. My only complaint is that some of the mouldings are damaged or warped. I recently bought 2 lengths of L1407 which each had a fault in - for which I was reimbursed. At the same time, I bought two lengths of L1647, one of which was incredibly warped. I have had to go ahead and make the frame but, because of one very warped side, have experienced big problems cutting the glass to fit. I think the natural woods, particularly the ash, need thorough checking before purchasing.
