As a small one man band framer, I have been treated as if I were a large high spending account, with flexibility and speed of deliveries. This to me, when working on a 'just in time' basis is a crucial requirement. When I have ever had the need to speak to any of the staff, I have always found then receptive, supportive and helpful.
