In all respects I have found Lion Picture Framing service to be excellent. I wonder if you are let down by your carrier. My recent order languished 24 hours in Rhyl Depot. I tracked the overnight delivery and made diary alterations to accommodate the delivery which didn't turn up. Perhaps they had illness etc. My order might have been urgent but it wasn't so only I was inconvenienced.but I have never had this before so perhaps there is a reasonable explanation from the carrier or you should just monitor their efficiency.
