Sadly your next-day offer is a bit ironic. Bad weather meant the courier couldn't get to me, which I quite understand. But two emails that 'we called and you were out' were irksome since I was unable to get out. Instead of the courier waiting until the road is clear and delivering then, I seem to have to drive 7 miles to a drop off point to do the courier's job for him or her. I ordered nearly a week ago. Not Lion's fault, but you did ask. New courier perhaps? Still no goods.
Royal Mail and Parcel Force do well round here - they know their patch.
