Helpful staff on the phone. And never any question/quibble if I ring to say there is a problem with a moulding, they just arrange an immediate replacement. If there is any down side it is that ordering a next day delivery doesn't always work, but this isn't Lions fault. It would help for the Lion team to have contact with the couriers direct so they could find out what is happening. Other than this all good. No complaints. Hope this helps
