I am an artist rather than a framer but I have found the products that you provide to be invaluable in terms of preparing my work for framing.
The only quibble I have is that I had to buy and spend more than I wanted in order to qualify for delivery at all. Not free delivery just to be able to order. Also the minimum order is stated as £50 but actually it seems to be £60 -£50 plus vat. I can see that for a business this works but for an individual artist it is quite steep.
The products are great and the delivery very efficient
