Great website and catogues. Delivery is fast and all packed well. Only one concern is if you only require a couple of small things the postage comes to more than the value of the merchandise and you have to wait till you need a larger order. Occasionally I have ordered backing tape from Amazon as it is cheaper without the postage. If you could address this your service would be perfect! I recieved an email saying if I filled in this survey I would be eligible for free delivery. I placed my order with the promotionlal code only to be told that it had to be at least £50. I added another item to make it £50 and was then told it wasnt eligible on this order! As you can imagine I was very frustrated by the misleading email. In fact I just cancelled my order.
