I had some difficulty finding my way around the chop service online ordering, but this was more than offset by the prompt helpfulness of the staff when I phoned regarding delivery. I'd ordered pre-cut frames for 8 paintings, plus a few sundries, and they arrived very well packed the following day. Hugely efficient and friendly service.
