The discount and free carriage now applied to my account has enabled me to continue purchasing most of my sundries from Lion, which is good for both of us. I had been looking at alternative suppliers, as the Lion list prices are in many cases considerably higher than the alternatives I was planning to go with. I have also started adding Lion moldings to my range, and as long as the current arrangement continues, I anticipate growing that range going forward. I like the Website, it is well designed and easy to use. I am pleased to be able to stay with Lion, as having been a Lion customer for around 25 years, I am used to way I can currently work. It is more convenient to be able to order from one source than the three that I had lined up. The telephone customer service is pretty good when I have the need to phone. The general range and info available to me from the catalogue is good. Talking to a number of people in the industry that I know would suggest that many people are feeling that the burden of rising costs are unreasonably laid at the door of the retailer at the 'Sharp' end of the framing business, we are all feeling the challenges that being on the High street brings. It is essential that we keep costs managable and the flexibility that Lion has brought to the table are appreciated. Keep it up!
